Booking A non-refundable deposit is required to book. It will go toward your total and is forfeited if you cancel late or no-show. Cancellations / Rescheduling Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be blocked from rebooking. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened. After 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show. Fill Policy To book a fill, at least 50% of your lash extensions must remain. Fills should be booked every 2–3 weeks. Anything beyond that will require a full set. Mini Fills Mini fills are 1-hour touch-ups only available within 7-8 days of your last appointment. Not a replacement for a full fill. Clean Lash Policy Arrive with clean lashes and no makeup. A $10 lash bath fee may apply if extra cleaning is needed. Foreign Fills Fills over another artist’s work are accepted case-by-case. $10 fee will be added. A removal and full set may be required. Guests No children or extra guests are allowed in the studio. Payments Cash is preferred. Zelle and card are also accepted. A $5 convenience fee applies to all card transactions. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
